Your appointment is very important to Klashed.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. Therefore, I respectfully request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because of this clients on my waiting list may miss an opportunity to receive service they’ve been waiting to schedule.
Because we reserve our services for you personally, appointments will now be held with a credit card stored on file and a text/email sent out to you 48 hours in advance. If requested notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of cost of service will be charged to credit card on file.
Lash Aftercare Instructions
Always be gentle with your lashes
Do not pull or rub your lashes
Do not use waterproof makeup, water-based makeup is preferred
Do not wear mascara (if mascara is needed, ask a lash professional what to use)
Use oil free products, including oil free makeup remover
Avoid sleeping on your face
Brush lash tips daily
Gently cleanse lashes daily
Always see a trained Lash Technician for removal
Book your refreshes every 2 to 3 weeks to keep them beautiful
